Sean’s Kitchen Adelaide is a New York brasserie, conceived as a walk through Manhattan.
From the New York streetscape of the ground floor and the darkened Distillery of the upper level, this is a 200-person restaurant catering to the adjacent Skycity Casino as well as the Adelaide dining market.
Using customised floor tiles, burnished brass and detailed panelling, this is our reimagined heritage depiction of what was formerly the old North Terrace of Adelaide train station.
